Shipping & Processing Time

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time: Once your order has been processed, please allow 7 business days for delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays with couriers.

Order Tracking: As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Simply head to the Track My Order section of our website and enter your tracking number to see the latest status of your delivery, powered by 17TRACK. Please allow up to 3 days after receiving your confirmation email for tracking information to update.

Delays: While we do our best to meet the estimated timeframes above, please note that occasional delays can occur due to high order volumes, customs processing (for international orders), or courier disruptions. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated if any delays arise.

Multiple Items: If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately and could arrive in different packages or at different times, each with its own tracking number.

Customs & Import Duties: For international orders, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are not included in the price of your order or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be, as customs policies vary widely between countries. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Incorrect Address Information: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible — we'll do our best to update it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or shipping. Reshipment or refund is not guaranteed for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect address information.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered after tracking confirms delivery to the address provided. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your item, please check with neighbors, household members, or your local courier/post office before contacting us.

Carrier & Customs Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, weather events, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Returns & Refunds

Return Policy: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and returns are not accepted. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including size, color, and product details.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: While we don't accept general returns, your satisfaction still matters to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@tavonera.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us within 3 hours of purchase at support@tavonera.com. Once an order has been processed for shipment, we're unable to make changes or cancellations.
