Return Policy: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and returns are not accepted. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including size, color, and product details.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: While we don't accept general returns, your satisfaction still matters to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@tavonera.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us within 3 hours of purchase at support@tavonera.com. Once an order has been processed for shipment, we're unable to make changes or cancellations.
